Robert Dew, Cyrus Allen and Sarah Daly join a small group of 20 executives for lunch at the Art Gallery of NSW for the Archibald Prize. We are launching the new book 'Lean CX' and will be talking through how to differentiate at low cost and least risk.

We will have a beautiful lunch in the Gallery Restaurant, with great food, company and conversation.

After lunch, you will go on a 60 minute tour of selected pieces in the 2021 Archibald Prize exhibition. We will talk through how artists innovate and test the market in different ways to those who work inside commercial organisations. The tour will encourage us to see innovation from a new perspective.
